Marquez is slowing down now I honestly think this is a pick em fight!....
I can see a hell of alot of leather landed in this matchup

I think Marquez will win, probably by late KO... He may have lost a step, but he's still got the skill and the power to get the job done. Using the Floyd fight to call JMM old or slow or whatever isn't really fair. It's hard to look good against the best fighter in the world, especially when he's bigger, stronger, MUCH quicker, and a better counterpuncher.

and by "bigger and stronger " i'm guessing you mean "a person who not only stepped up to the scales over the weight limit...but who probably weighed as much as a (super?)middleweight by fight night, who refused to allow HBO to weigh him before the match...and who even STILL couldn't KnockOut the older, blownup lightweight"
    :think

I hope I'm wrong, but I don't think this is gonna be the slugfest most are expecting. I say this because Katsidis strikes me as a fighter caught between styles. He hasn't been the relentless pressure fighting brawler since the Casamayor knockout. In his last few fights, he's seemingly trying to transform himself into more of boxer/puncher. As a result, he isn't taking nearly as much punishment (which is better for him in the grand scheme of things), but he's also not as effective when facing someone with greater boxing ability. While this particular style worked wonders against Kevin Mitchell, Juan Manuel Marquez is a completely different story. I can see Katsidis coming in to try to outbox Marquez, similar to Diaz in their last fight, only failing miserably and getting picked apart. But unlike Diaz, I don't think Katsidis will see the final bell.
