Marquez vs Morales - Deal close for April 16 - Does Morales have a shot?

I meant to vote for JMM by stoppage but accidentally voted for Morales.

The mighty urine-drinker should win this one.

Would've been an awesome, close to even matchup at 126 about eight years ago.

 

I love Morales but don't see him winning this bout. JMM by a 9-3, 10-2 type decision.

 

It's easy to bag on JMM for this fight, but honestly EM has earned one more good fight if he really wants it, and he does. This also brings the three Mexican legends full circle, and gets them all in the ring with each other at least once which is satisfying to me personally, no matter who wins. Kind of the definitive end of what was, for me, the greatest FW era in history.

Also, JMM has been fighting tough opponent after tough opponent trying to get Manny in the ring. He also deserves one fight that shouldn't be a life or death battle for him. With Morales though... you never know.

Im upset marquez agreed he is my favorite boxer but then again I know he would not have a chance against khan and gp would probably feed jmm to khan to better khans resume,..any way i will watch this fight , I see this kind of like the jmm vs katsidis fight, morales will score a early flashy ko, marquez will loose a round or 2 and come back and dominate ,..tko 11th round jmm wins

 

God I hope morales wins somehow.

Mosley called Pac too, but it doesn't mean he has to accept it like Floyd did when JMM called him out. Bad fights coming up in 2011. What a nice way to open up the year. UFC anyone?
