Why? He could come in at 135 at official weigh in and come in what ever weight he wants.

Some said, 144 wasn't fair for marquez. Their main reason was: "Jmm would be bloated!". I'm just asking why is it unfair if jmm can weigh in 135 on official weigh in then come in 145 in fight night. While pac will probably weigh 142-144 and come in 148?

Pacquiao hasnt weighed less than 144lbs in over 2 years. ANything less and Pacquiao would be weight-drained. So Pacquiao should be the one at a disadvantage when hes the draw, champion, betterlooking fighter?

So Pac doesn't have to make less than 144!...I mean why would Pac weight less than 144 for jmm? To make it fair? lol Why would it be fair at 140 if most of ***** said 140 and 144 pac was almost the same?

If what i've said was lie then, what's the difference of 140 pac to 144 pac?

If Jmm would be slow at 140 above he can weigh in 135 if he wants. If pac think 140 can drain him then he can come in 144. Simple logic i say. :deal

I reckon JMM will weigh in around 140-141. The problem with weighing in at 135 then putting on 10 pounds overnight is he wont be putting on 10 pounds of muscle bulk it will be water weight from rehydration. Manny is gonna be a solid 148 pounds of muscle mass

Can someone tell me again how many calories Pacquiao is taking a day just to make 144? Seems odd that it hasn't been mentioned yet. When it isn't mentioned every second or third post in a Pac-Marquez thread I tend to forget.

Then JMM now has the luxury of not having to put on 10 pounds of water weight. He can reach 145 - a weight that he naturally comes in at fight night - more effectively now. That's what's happening here.

The only way in which JMM is being disadvantaged, is because in this situation where both fighters - who weigh 145 and 148 respectively - are being given the freedom to come to their fight night weights at the best that their bodies can possibly muster, Pacquiao is the one who comes out the best. Because he, naturally, is the more superior athlete and fighting machine.

That's why I think JMM should weigh in at 141 and not any lower like the TS is stating. He shouldn't be looking to just add water weight, he's had a good 6 months or so to put on some solid muscle (legs). weigh in 141 rehydrate to 145 and give Pac a tougher fight then most are expecting, imo

Pacquiao should & could make 140lbs & not be weight drained. I still feel he could make LWW easy.
