Round 01 : 10-9 Pacquiao Round 02 : 10-9 Marquez Round 03 : 10-8 Pacquiao Round 04 : 10-9 Pacquiao Round 05 : 10-9 Marquez Round 06 : 10-9 Marquez Round 07 : 10-9 Pacquiao Round 08 : 10-9 Marquez Round 09 : 10-9 Pacquiao Round 10 : 10-9 Pacquiao Round 11 : 10-9 Marquez Round 12 : 10-9 Marquez 114-113 Pacquiao
I scored it two points to Marquez originally and then one point to Pacquaio the second time I watched it - very close fight indeed. I might watch it again some time next week before the third fight and see what I got it now. Like OP said theres a few rounds that are really close and they swing the fight
The 6th & 10th should have went to Juan ,this fight was already set up for PAC to win if a descion was granted.
Ummn...that was a pretty clear round for Pacquiao. He wobbled Marquez early in the round and outlanded him throughout.
I remember my scorecard being something like 115-113 Marquez but it was a while ago. ill rewatch both fights before the fight
I don't understand why some people thought RD 9 is close and some even say a Marquez round. That round (9) is clearly a Pacquiao round. However, same goes for round 7, it's clearly a Marquez round. Pac fans and even HBO (Lederman) is wrong that it's a Pac round.
11 was clearer than 12 as far as a Marquez round is concerned, I thought. RD 1 was clearer than RD9 as well.
This is what it comes down to. If Pac wins both RD 7 & 9 on your scorecard he probably wins the fight by a point. I'm probably going to re-watch those rounds again.
