It appears to me that Heredia has enough knowledge of chemistry that he could wire Marquez up (illegally) -- and even Marquez wouldn’t know it!

I am NOT saying (and there is NO proof) that Marquez was cheating, but the fact that the POTENTIAL is there -- for athletes that can afford it -- to “successfully” cheat the tests, is disturbing to say the least.
