Pretty weak considering the best Mexican he has beaten was 35 years old, in his third weight class, had fought only 6 rounds in the last 2 years, and has been involved in 3 brutal wars, and despite all this, still had Juanma hurt several times. It's only a matter of time before Juanma gets brutally KOed...so enjoy him while he lasts.

Was rooting for Marquez in this one but I dont think Juanma got hurt several times: he took some huge shots but he took them very well. He's proven himself in this fight IMO

Honestly id like to see Gamboa-Marquez and the winner fight Lopez. Gamboa to me is the better fighter and Marquez proved he aint shot tonight by hurting lopez several times but will agree with above. Juan ma took the shots well (even if he was stunned at times) but Marquez could have turned things around with enough applied pressure

Uh, yeah, because if it's one thing Marquez is known for it's quitting when a fight gets hard...you dickhead.

Dam homie, the man didn't quit, he did what he could while he could. I'm PR also but saying he "quit" is not fair, he took what he could handle. It was a good fight.

The question is, will Juanma last more than 5 rounds?
