I had it 114-113 for Pacquiao. Though I won't argue with someone scoring it close for Marquez. There were at least two swing rounds.
You are asking us to score the fight in hindsight Therefore, anything that happened in the ring should count as such because we are determining who actually won based on actual events albeit scored in hindsight. Otherwise, we accept the official score as is because those judges do nnot have what we have : rewind, pause and slow-motion button.
Kindly clarify what you mean? Did you mean JMM had the most damage or he inflicted the most damage? And based on the above, who should have won? From what I am reading, JMM had been damaged but he won.
Thats not true BB.......you can ask all the *******s around here.....the fight almost was'nt made because the Pacquiao team said Pac could'nt make 130 lbs...... ....lo and behold Marquez announces, "Pac cant make 130 lbs, no problem, we'll fight him at 135 lbs." .....then the Pac team insults the Marquez team by offering him less than a 25% purse split, thinking that Marquez is going to reject it....... .....they're about to announce the David Diaz fight, and Marquez comes out publicly to the media announcing, "I have indicated to the Pac team that I'm conceding to their every demand......the people want this fight and I'll do everything on my part to get it made. Marquez concede to the Pac team financial terms and agreed that he'd fight Pac at 135 lbs....but the Pac team chickened out of having the fight take place at 135 lbs. Boom Boom, you were around on this board back then, so I'm calling you a liar straight up.....you damn well know that Pac had the choice of the fight being at 135 lbs or 130 lbs.....it was his call and he chose 130 lbs.:deal ....and btw, Pac slowing down had nothing to do with weight issues. Pac lost almost every round after the 2nd round in the first fight, including the Championship rounds. Marquez has proven in both their fights that his stamina is better than Pac's. Pac slowed down because he was dealing with a better conditioned fighter. You dont discredit Pac in this regard, he showed exellent stamina, just Marquez was better. Dont blame Pac, credit Marquez!:yep
I had it 6-6, so Pac won it for me, but I've changed my scoring a couple of times already. Really close one. Pac-JMM is unfinished business in my mind. Two really close matches... I have no problem with people saying that JMM won the 2nd fight. I do have a problem with idiots saying that JMM was robbed or that JMM schooled Pac.
:rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl:roflWe're too far removed from the fight to set up a poll that is valid..... A poll was done recently and Pac won it...... Yet, when polls were set up in the days after the actual fight was fought, no poll on this site or any site for that matter, had Pac the winner. I challenged Pac fans back then, and I challenge Pac fans now to find me a poll that dates back to March 2008 that backs Pac the winner with the masses. No ******* has been able to find one, not even at Pacland!:rofl Of course a poll set up today is mute......we're too far removed from the fight where people have the fight fresh in their minds...... A poll done now just becomes a popularity contest, and we already know that Pac is the more popular fighter!
Regardless......when you cant find a single poll in any boxing forum like the one we're in now, dated back to the month of the fight happening???? .....not one single freakin poll my friend....it equals one thing........ROBBERY! Not one ****ing poll!:deal
