He should spar with BHop or Toney, they kinda fight similar to Floyd

    Some good it did Oscar.

And I have never seen MOsley do shoulder roll, I don't think his footwork is that great either.

Where did you see Mosley emulate Mayweather's style???? :huh

I would bring in Zab Judah, his speed is damn close to what Floyd has.

No one can prepare JMM for the countering, defense and ring generalship that will be on display when the two meet im september. He's never faced a fighter that is complete or as good as PBF.:deal

Mosley is known to have an uncanny ability to emulate many styles, but to emulate Floyd... thats a bridge too far.

Imo, no one can emulate Floyd. Yes, there are people who can shoulder roll effectively, but Floyd has a whole lot more to his game than just a shoulder roll. Floyd adapts during fights, this is what makes him so hard to emulate. To be able to copy Floyd, you would need to have someone who has some of the fastest hands in the game, some of the best footwork in the game, someone with the best reaction time, someone with imperious timing, someone who can present more angles than any other fighter out there, and theres no one that can set traps like Floyd.

There is no one man who can emulate what Floyd can do. Far be it for me to tell Nacho what to do, but what I would do is pick a group of guys who bring certain aspects of Floyds game, and I would rotate the sparring. For example, I would simply blow a whistle at random times to present Juan with a different proposition. I would do this simply because this is how Floyd fights. Every time you think you have he figured out, he switches things up. Floyd is a very difficult fighter to prepare for.

Mosley studied tapes of Mayweather to try and emulate Floyd. He is roughly the same size and speed.

Like I said Mosley is offensive while Floyd is defensive. This is something he can adjust during sparring. Of course he won't be better at Floyds style than Floyd himself.

But Marquez needs to get use to fighting a bigger man with speed. He can use a Guzman or Malignaggi type guy. But they won't hold the same physical advantages.

Despite how you feel Oscar did quite well in that fight.

just because Mosley his fast does not mean he is like PBF. Mosley and PBF are not the same fighter at all

You're forgetting one obvious fact: Mosley wants Marquez to lose. He's not going to help him. Not only that, he's been trashing this fight publicly in order to get Floyd to fight him. I doubt he and Marquez are best of buddies.

Guzman might beat Marquez up in sparring, and he's probably out of shape and asking too much money. Guzman is no sparring partner.

Forbes is good for defensive purposes, to prepare Marquez for the frustration and patience required, but obviously Forbes offers little in return in terms of offense. Marquez can't get overconfident offensively, when he did so against Casamayor in the early rounds he got tagged, and when he did against Pac in the 2nd fight, he got dropped. Sparring with Forbes would make him overconfident.
