murray who comes in at 180 plus on fight night who also has never been
down or knocked out only Golovkin has managed to stop him.

No one from 160 to 168 could stop Murray unless your named Gennady Golovkin

"Every shot Golovkin throws kind of hurts you," Murray exclusively told World Boxing News

"He's got so many good shots and he can take a shot too. Gives you non-stop pressure and just does everything well. That's the thing with him - everything it takes to be a top fighter, Golovkin does it well."

I hope Brook last but I feel that GGG is just going to carry him until he feels like finishing him. Maybe Brook is the real deal and will hang in there and have a good game plan.
Every time I hate on Brook he pulls out a win. I'm just glad he is in a bigger fight than Amir Khan weak ass and I hope this raises his star power at 147.

We need new stars so the old guys can sit the hell down.

It would of been much better of brook the canelo or cotto fights would of been far more winnable i would actually favor him to beat cotto for sure and canelo is a 50-50 fighte

apparently both turned brook down cotto wanted to fight marquez

but GGG the king at 160 thats crazy

Brook is good 147 and probably good 154 pound fighter, but he doesn´t look a guy who could hurt anyone at 160. And Golovkin.. You know he hurts if he touch you. Still, great to see Golovkin at UK!!

I worry for Brook's health going forward. We already saw him going life and death with a bum like Carson Jones a couple of times, now it's GGG. And Murray is still one of the toughest men in the entire sport so he knows what he's on about. He's basically shot now and still a natural 168lb Groves who dropped 'iron chin" Froch couldn''t even put him away.

Martin murray is one of the toughest fighters in the sport its basically near impossible to break his will unless your Gennady Golovkin

Martin Murray had been dropped before, Golovkin wasn't the first.

Journeyman Sergei Khomitsky had him on the floor I believe.

Murray certainly is tough, but he's been wobbled on a number of occasions badly by Felix Sturm, George Groves etc. And on the floor by Khomitsky.

I saw the fact that he went 11 was a sign that when facing a game opponent, Golovkin's power isn't quite as devastating as advertised. He's more of an accumulation puncher than one punch KO guy.

Lemiuex too never actually looked particularly hurt in the fight and wasn't wobbled. He was winded with a body shot (which GGG followed up by hitting him repeatedly when on the floor and could conceivably have been DQd) but stopped on his feet and was still looking game.

I think Brook might make GGG and his power look not quite as fearsome as it was thought of.

TBH - money aside - it's a lose/lose fighting a guy 2 divisions below him for Golovkin. If Brook lasts the distance or makes Golovkin look ordinary like Chilemba did Kovalev then a lot of his mystique vanishes there and then.

If he KOs Brook early, he's knocked out a Welterweight. Little credit will be given.

Thats the best thing that could happen imo.

I dont like talking business but GGG will be getting a career high payday so i fully eoect him to take less money in future to get these guys into the ring
