I've heard a couple of people say Golovkin 'carried' Murray.

Nobody has ever answered why Golovkin chose to 'carry' Murray to within 3 minutes of losing his prestigious eight year, 22 fight KO streak!

    Quite a risky strategy.

Or why Golovkin chose to carry Murray but not Rubio or Macklin etc who he stopped in a couple of rounds.

    It's complete nonsense.

Golovkin found Murray very difficult to stop, just like Kovalev found Chilemba impossible to stop two weeks ago. No shame as both are tough, experienced fighters. But fans will try and come up with insulting excuses to these opponents that their favourite fighters carried these fighters nobody else could stop either.

Rather than think critically and conclude that Kovalev, Golovkin etc don't actually possess superhuman power and a good, experienced boxer can negate it.

so its funny that all a sudden when he wanted him out he got stopped?

You also have to remember murray fought scared the whole fight and when you compare how offensive he fought against groves its like apples and oranges

He has that ability to pick when he knocks a fighter out he wanted more rounds
