Love Cotto but he is a 5 7 welter (really).

Murray would just bust him up , wouldn't go 8 rounds.

no, you got lucky because sergio's knee wasn't anywhere near 100%. you picked the right outcome for the wrong reasons and haven't shut up about it since.

as for cotto stopping murray with a bodyshot after he got up from 2 of golovkin's, are you seriously claiming cotto hits harder than ggg?

Cotto would toy with Murray. He's the lineal MW champ for a reason. Don't give me the Martinez shot excuse, Martinez was shot when he fought Chavez and Murray, still spanked them.

I think Murray's approach to fighting Cotto would be to
walk him down with a high guard elbows tucked. I don't
think Cotto would be able to stop Murray, but I do see
a decision win for Cotto based on Murray's lack of power
and Cotto's more accurate punching. Murray could give
Cotto problems with his short straight punches, but I
envision Cotto rolling out with counters over and under.
Murray could pull off the win, but my $$ would be on a
Cotto UD. GGG however, absolutely beats the sh-t out
of Cotto, because of the relentlessness and vaunted power.
2 different styles produce 2 different outcomes.
