looks interesting but i understood about 10% of what rogan said... can someone transcribe it

A rough translation is that Rogan is explaining to Sexton why he's picked the wrong town to run his mouth in.

rogan is accusing sexton[english] of stirring up sectarian unrest in belfast in an attempt to get support for there forth coming fight...prod[pro brit] catholic [anti brit]...whereas rogan has the support of both communities behind him
