Martin Rogan is ranked 17. See the 16 fighter ahead of him.

How would you predict his chances against each of them?

I think he loses to all of them except the Polish guy that beat Williams.

Same here. The rest will either be too good for him or know too much for him.

Rogan is a great find and probably one of the few good things to come out of 'Prize Fighter'.

The highest ranked fighter on that list I feel Rogan has the best chance of beating is #7 Sam Peter.
In his last fight against Vitali Klitschko he was out of shape, fat, slow and unmotivated. If you can't get motivated for a world title fight, especially against someone as dangerous as Vitali, then you have some serious issues to address as a pro boxer. Apparently Peter's not looking too good in training camp for his upcoming fight with Chambers either.

If Peter adopts that sort of attitude when in a fight with Rogan, it would be a huge mistake because Rogan's nothing if not a blood and guts warrior who comes to fight. May well be too much for an out of shape, uninterested Peter to deal with.

you guys are crazy to think rogan has no chance against these guys

hes improving so so much all the time and really only has gona full time into boxing before the harrison fight. his fitness tests are unrecgonisable to the same set he done before and he also has put on a stone in muscle

since playing hurling for so long he has a amazing engine in him, he is much more fit than most of the guys above and seeing his chin he takes a UD against a few based soley on activity

skelton chagaev gives some indication. matt had never been made to work that hard before and the same goes for a number on the list

before you all start calling me crazy im not delusional, im aware rogan may be techincally limited in comparrison to some (not all though!) and those guys whom are elite level athletes will know how to beat him. good lateral movement and straight punches but there are only a couple

wlad, vitali, haye, povetkin maybe dimitrenko (although hes struggled and been put down before) and possibly arreola if in the words of david haye if he didnt "have the body-fat % of a pork scratching"

the rest are fair game- esp in belfast

I would say Rogan only beats Maskaev and Sosnowski.

He may be in with a shot against Thompson thats 50/50 but i think everyone else is too good at this moment in time.

Not taking anything away from Rogan though.

He loses to both Klitschko's, Haye and Peter via early KO. I suspect both Brewster and Arreola would also stop him.

I think Chagaev would take a comfortable decision over him, something like 9-3, same with guys like Gomez, Povetkin, Thompson.

I think fights against Valuev, Ruiz, Dimitrenko and Bidenko might be a bit close, though he probably loses around 8-4 or so, maybe something like 7-5 against Ruiz and Valuev.

If Maskaev's got much left he probably stops Rogan, but Rogan has a chance of shaking him up a bit and stopping him if he can ride some big punches.

I think he'd probably beat Sosnowski via mid rounds TKO.
