Martin vs Joshua reminds of...

    Wladimir Klitschko vs Corrie Sanders!

    Just think about it for a second.

    Klitschko/Joshua:

    Common positives: Big, tall, muscular, great techniques.

    Common negatives: Stiff with robotic movements. Suspect chins, (suspect) stamina problems...


    Martin/Sanders:

    Common denominators: SIZE: big tall with good reaches - which nullifies the usual height advantage of either Klitschko or Joshua.

    TIMING: Both Martin likewise Sanders had great timing, and if you combine that timing with either Joshua's or Klitschko's stiff and robotic movements + the suspect chins - you see the problem.

    SOUTHPAW: Both got that same akward stance that will trouble the most gifted boxer.


    I'm not saying that Sanders were better than Klitschko or that Martins's better than Joshua. It's just that both of them are exploitet to the same weaknesses in this common matchup.


    Prediction: Joshua TKO 8.

    But it still could be an upset to be prepared for...

    Lex Sanders TKO 2...

    Martin is too slow. Only knocks out bums

    even if Joshua is a big stiff with a glass jaw he still won't get KO'd by this guy.

    That's true. The only difference is Cornish came to win. Martin is coming to get paid and retire to open a tractor shop.
