Bit of a strange reason for wanting Martin to win imo. If Joshua wins there is a potential mega fight between him and Fury in the future.

I also haven't seen much of Martin but I do think he has a chance as be is big, not too bad and Joshua is still inexperienced. I expect Joshua to win but this is still a risk imo.

Whyte had a better chance at beating AJ than Martin does.

He sounds like he wants Josh to lose out of bitterness
    I agree mate, strange post

Yes British press have built Josh up, but seriously, if your British an want him to lose? give your head a wobble

Ignore the tabloids an enjoy having a champion/future champ

probably didn't want Fury to win either

I predict that Joshua knocks Martin out inside 5 rounds.

I think Martin will be an easier win for him than Whyte was.

The issue will be the defences he is expected to make as champion- there will be some tougher opponents in there for sure

Joshua will be landing at will with Martin's poor defence, Joshua KO in the first half of the fight.

Martin looks far too hittable to me, Joshua KO inside 3 rounds.

A bit slow to the punch and goes straight back ala Vitali to avoid/absorb shots.

Tries to parry the L jab using his extended R arm.

Not gonna work vs someone as adept at getting in range and throwing massive bombs in combination each with one punch buzzing power.

Yeah, Joshua in less than 5, but I expect a nervous 1st rd for both fighters, similar to their most recent fights, but I expect Joshua to take a chance in rd 2 and land something big and end it late in the rd or early in the 3rd.

Likely a ref stoppage with Martin hanging in there, but being thrashed. :deal

Martin. All the way. The guy frackin exploded his last opponent's knee by just BLOCKING one of his punches. I've never seen that in boxing.
Joking aside, I still want Martin to win and I think he can.

Anybody that questions Joshua's chin has no idea what to look for, he has a legit great chin at hw, dude is bare non the greatest hw talent I've ever seen when you take everything into account.

He's truly a super sized Haye with way better stamina and a great chin. Joshus highlights for the next decade non stop

seen joshua wobbled and decked in the amatuers.
granted he was 20/21 but whyte wobbled him last time out.

its obvious he will improve as he matures / but his chin ok not great / his recuperation powers look ok /

someone posted . i forget who , that joshua will end up
    somewhere inbetween bruno and lewis

    i agreed.

+Whyte was too gassed to take advantage of it...

Also: Wythe isn't fast enough on his feet to close the distance to execute on opportunities like that.

If Wilder caught Joshua the same way that Wythe did, he would easily have caught him again due to his height, reach and footspeed.

I can see Parker doing the same thing in such a situation as well.

    But not Charles Martin...

He would have to drop him clean from a straight left counter of his - in which I think he can regardless though.
