Let the middleweight kings fight eachother, why would you send the little guy to fight Martinez. And not send Martinez to fight the best on his weightclass +- 1 weigtclass????

Highly doubt it, which sucks for him because he was a massive Middleweight and is now a small looking SMW.

Martinez would make AA look like a bum.

Abraham couldn't possibly win on points (barring the fluke of multiple KDs without a kayo) but he could destroy Martinez at any given moment. It would give us the perfect straddle bet.

Yeah, good call, but what is the lowest Abraham can make these days? 166?

AA is tough and is one of the hardest punchers in the game but hes very limited put him in there against a skilled fighter and he looks lost.

He would have a punchers chance against Martinez but thats about it.

Abraham is MADE for Martinez. He'll just pop him from the outside, maintaining distance, keeping AA off balance. It would be an easy night but there is always the possibility of a KO.

never an easy night when your opponent could get you out of there with just one shot

If Artur can still make the weight it would be a good match.Abraham would have to make more effort in the early rounds than normal. If he were to wait until round 4 or 5 before letting his shots go he will probably have given the fight away.

Well there aren't many options at all for Martinez. I reckon a third match with Williams is well on the cards. Mayweather/Pac will absolutely not want anything to do with him, Pirog shouldn't be jumping in this early in his career and I dont think the rest of the middleweight posse have exactly proven themselves at the weight.

If Arthur can make 160 then it would definately make for an intriguinig match. Depending on what happens between him and Froch, we might be seeing this fight sometime soon. I've a feeling that should he lose, it'll be attributed to his weight (though he has in the past stated he finds making 168 much easier).
