Martinez calls out pac but says too small to move to 168

Come on now, he is not to big for Pacquiao considering Pacquiao just dominated a big man in his last fight, and that man has a knock out win over Martinez, the truth is he isnt too big for Manny, he has the right skills to upset manny..

 

That's totally not what I'm saying.

Martinez and his promoter claim it's unfair to ask them to fight someone from a division higher.

So I'm saying, they should then apply that logic to Pacquiao. It should also be unfair to ask him to fight someone from a division higher.

And like I said before, don't bring up that shitty 154 title he picked up from Margarito. You and I both know that titles don't mean **** nowadays.

 

Manny has never fought someone in a higher divison all those fights had a catch weight clause.... :good

 

I'll just copy and paste what i said in another thread:

First of all, Pac has never bragged about being this 8-division champ. He just fights who he’s told to fight, and kicks ass. Second, no one here even gives a **** about the crappy title he won against Margarito, and by the looks of it, neither does he (since he gave it up). Third, Roach made it clear after the Margarito fight, that Pac doesn’t belong anywhere above 147, and that from now on, all of Pac’s fights will be at welterweight.

Conclusion – Pac is a small welterweight who, on fight night, manages to weigh one ****ing pound above his weight limit. He’s never been heavier than 148 in his life! Martinez, on the other hand, walks in the ring at 168 – that’s eight pounds, or one whole division above his current weight division.

So those who say..... “If Martinez is too small to fight the super middleweights, then Pac is too small to fight Martinez”......are not wrong!

 

Idiotic logic. Martinez never claimed himself a SMW champion where Pacquiao claimed himself one at 154, winning the VERY TITLE MARTINEZ VACATED FOR HIM. What the flying **** SMW has to do with anything in a Pacquiao-Martinez discussion? Sergio beat a CW Kelly Pavlik - and guess what, that doesn't mean anything either.

What's next? Before taking on Donaire, JuanMa has to win a WW title to prove he's worthy of fighting a smaller guy? Sheer idiocy even thinking about this kind of logic. No one asks Pacquiao to do anything he hasn't done before, and that is fighting at LMW to defend his P4P King status.

You can't be on the top of the boxing world based on multi-division achievements, but claim to be a single division fighter.

 

I like Sergio, but why the hell is he calling out dudes two weight classes below him? He should be calling out guys at 154 to 168.

And again, who here gives a **** about the 154 title?! He won it in a stupid 150 catchweight, gave it up immediately after, and remained at 147. Which suggests he himself doesn't give a **** either.

when is one too big in your own opinion??

 

if serg can weigh in at 150 and b no more than 165 (like tony) then no he isn't too big for manny (becuase those are the same situations for tony)....but if serg weighs at 154-58, and comes in 170 then yea that's too big....he should call out ward if he thinks he's pimp ish (ward did say he'd go down in weight)
