Basically, Jr gave NO credit to Martinez and made a bunch of excuses, it's really pathetic. He kept repeating "I just couldn't get off!" and "I started late!" and he even said Sergio never hurt him -___-. This guy is really a ****in joke. He sounds like a whiner. God, I don't understand how he has fans. How do ya'll defend this guy?

Since I don't speak/understand the language one of my friends translated the video into a paragraph (the one below the vid).

Nah, he's right. He literally gave no credit to Sergio. He said his speed didn't bother him, his power was nothing, and he says that he hurt Sergio like nobody has been able to.

He goes on to say his training wasn't the issue it was simply he was unable to get off and just gave up too many rounds.

He just didn't want to acknowledge the fact Sergio neutralized his size and power for 98% of the fight. Superior boxers neutralize your best weapon. He was stuck on plan A - Come in huge, take his shots and wear him out with power.

Yes, he caught Sergio with a good shot and knocked him down, but that was a combination of fatigue and Sergio getting over-aggressive trying to close the show. If they rematch I expect a shutout because he won't commit the same error twice, whereas Chavez will once again come in and look for that punchers chance.

Yea, denial ain't good for him, personally. But in public, boxers are prideful, I don't expect him to give Martinez praise. Did Pacquiao give Marquez praise for out-boxing him in their last match? Or did he say "It's clear that I won the fight".

Chavez says the only reason he lost is because he didn't have the confidence to throw punches in the first rounds, and he had already knocked Martinez out, and the only reason why he didn't finish him was because Martinez was holding him,:rofl:rofl:rofl

Which is different from what I saw, Martinez went to war with Chavez and guess what, he won that 12th round war imo, He landed the last few shots.
