One could argue that. But even if he didn't, the scorecards should've been around 116-110. This is one of the worst robberies ever IMO.

The word "robbery" is bandied about quite often here, often times when it isn't quite applicable. Pacquiao-Marquez II, Berto-Callazo, Close fights that could have gone either way, maybe a few more people think it should have gone the way it didn't than the way it did, but they weren't really robberies. This is not the same thing. This was a goddamn disgrace. This was one fighter winning clearly and doing everything better than their opponent. Landing more, landing better, taking less damage, controling the pace, controling the distance, initiating the action, everything, and still not winning the fight. It was a goddamn disgrace.

For such a big card, it's another negative that boxing did not need.

First Kermit gets knocked out, then he gets out pointed, and he still draws! There was nothing Martinez could do to win other than kill Cintron. That ref should be banned from boxing. Worst officiating Ive ever seen. He clearly waved the fight off , and then it starts two and a half minutes later back up!?!? Ridiculous.

martinez didnt deserve that, he fought an honest fight. but....the knockdown was awarded to martinez right? and I cant say that he would have finished cintron off then becuz it was at the end of the round. but why do you guys feel it was a stoppage win?

btw i think they should change soming in boxing. the ref should be allowed a second and third opinion and even slow motion replay to make a final decision quickly. like in cricket!!!!1

Because the ref counted 10 before Cintron had stood up.
