Martinez + Dibella Need To Get Creative & Make A Fight W/ Manny Or Floyd

    There is no reason Dibella should be silent and not be spending every waking minute doing anything possible to get either in the ring in 2012.

    Floyd fought ODLH at 154 and Manny fought a giant Margarito.

    Can SMM fight either at 150 ?

    I don't understand why more people are not talking about this.
    If Manny and Floyd do not meet in the ring, for legacy Floyd, PAC and SMM need each other badly.

    Imagine the outrage by the haters if they fight at 150. The last time he fought at 150 was in 2003...

    I don't think he can make 150. He looks like a small but solid MW now so 150 is out of the question.

    Let's go to 152. Manny will step up and face him but they need to call him out hardcore and lobby for the fight.

    martinez deserves to be weight drained if he ever fights floyd and pac, screw the negative comments about a weight drained version not being competitive. If he wasn't drained, think who has the unfair advantage? and he's not even the one bringing money:roll:

    As long as they put no limit to how much he can rehydrate, the fight could be done @150 no problem, lower than that would be BS

    Martinez against Floyd or Pacquiao is not gonna happen because Martinez cannot make anything under 158 .

    If Floyd and Manny will do 158 , then great , but i dont see it .

    Bute Martinez is a fight ive been calling for , for a long long time , Bute is currently knocking off bums waiting for Froch / Ward and Martinez cant find an opponent .

    Why not ...................

    see how floyd comes in to the ortiz fight....check out if he's slimmed down, or looks like he is bulking up....sergio is a southpaw too.....so floyd could make a play at sergio or pac using/fighting ortiz along the way

    I agree. Martinez is a natural 150 pound guy and should be able to make 147 or at least they can do a 152-154 pound catch-weight. 150 would be Mayweather's natural weight by now anyway. PAcman can also do 150 although his normal weight right now is probably 145 or so.

    By they definitely seem to be avoiding Martinez. I completely agree - and the fight has to happen within a few months because Martinez is getting old.

    What are you talking about , the guy is a MW :deal

    He openly stated that he cannot go lower than 156 after he KO'd Williams , then a couple of days later re'tracted that and said 158 is the absolute lowest he can make
