Funny how many threads there are defending the guy who won. Relax guys you don't need to defend the winner. Funny by the way Martinez said Chavez would fall to his knees, someone did fall to his knees and it wasn't Chavez.

your dude got schooled by his new sexy father.

if anyone is in damage control, it's the Chavez fans. "oh, well.. at least Chavez got a knock down" even though he got humiliated the whole fight.

It seems both sides have somewhat of a "point".

I thought it was an interesting fight for one I scored 118-109. When you see those type of final verdicts rendered, the action typically tends to be less satisfying from a fan's POV than this one was.

Hey guys I heard getting the **** beaten out of you for the entire fight and then scoring one knockdown = a draw. Some Mexican guy told me.

Maybe so, but that fight has left him looking every bit like his oldman.
He's going to resemble the toxic avenger within the next couple of hours.

JR had sergio more hurt than sergio had JR.

JR didn't even wobble once, only backed up. Martinez got face planted

Too bad Sulaiman had zero influence on the judges, because this would've been a draw.

The best part was one the Mexican crowd booed Jr. for doing exactly nothing and Argies were chanting louder than the ones on their Independence Day.

    Ouch.

knew that the knockdown in the last round will give junior fans some bullets to come and talk **** when they clearly know he lost every round except the last one.. this was the easiest fight in martinez career... he got tired at the end but he was levels above junior

that 12rd kd probably will give enough amunitions to the promoters to make a rematch and some stupid people that are easily manipulated will buy into it
