Pac doesn't make decisions on his own, he listens to his advisers like Roach, Ariza, Konz, Arum. If all of his advisers are against Manny doing random testing. Manny isn't going to override them, that's just not him. Even if Manny told Arum that he was cool with testing, it doesn't mean that is what Arum is going to offer on the negotiation table.

 

And how would you know that since Floyd hasn't even entertained the idea of negotiating since he walked away from the second one?

Floyd doesn't take risks because he doesn't need to, all this talk (if there really is any), is just positioning on Floyd's part. Lots of top guys like to tease fans like this because it makes them sound tough. I remember after Hopkins beat Tito he called out Michelczekski, Ottke, and almost signed to fight Calzaghe. He never had any intention of taking those risks at the time.

 

I wouldn't put it past Floyd to actually take it.
