Martinez is finally done

    Honestly, your arguments are very shallow, like those of a junior high kid. Mayweather would earn a lot more/generate lots more PPV buys any day fighting Cotto than fighting Martinez. So, it's mostly because of the Benjamins baby, not because he would have lost to Martinez.

    And, other reasons apart, last time I checked, Martinez up till tomorrow has not even been able to get Cotto to fight him to enable him get a Cotto-level-split payday, talk less of him being able to get a Mayweather-level-split payday. So Martinez, who appears to be your idol, is for now just making empty noises when it comes to Floyd and Miguel, and the situation will remain so for a while, sorry. SMH.

    I completely agree and disagree in some aspects. Yes, Floyd's old and certainly on the decline. However, he hasn't looked "bad" versus either Ortiz or Cotto. But he hasn't looked "impressive" versus either.

    I don't consider Floyd to be at the elite level anymore; his reputation and past exceed his current ability.
