They are always up there on P4P lists and fully deserve it. Following these guys it gets very difficult. Martinez has to be up there on this list when you look at evreyone else. When you consider he hasen't looked good in his last 2 fights this says a lot for the creme de la creme of this era in my opinion.

He's beaten good fighters like Montiel and Darchinyan, but lets face it, they were both much smaller than him, while Sergio has been knocking out bigger dudes....Yea, he hasnt looked that good, but then again neither has Donaire in his last few fights.

Doniare hasn't looked good against guys who have no intention of winning, whereas Sergio has lost a few rounds against Macklin and Barker, who are far from elite boxers (and I'm British).

When Nonito beat Vic, it was ring magazine's Upset of the year, and no-one thought he would blast Montiel out like that

Did not look good while scoring almOst shutouts? If mayweather won 9 - 3 rounds or 2 to 10 against Mosley, everybody is saying it was dominating.

    Donaire accomplished more than ward.

He is very skilled and athletic, a very entertaining fighter. However, the #3 p4p spot is too generous for my liking.

Fans expect Donaire to KO his opponent all the time so that's why its not impressive.. Same with Pac.. And less expectations on Floyd.. :hey

Exactly...And props to Barker and Macklin....but Martinez obviously wasn't that motivated in them fights, first few rounds he was being lazy, until he got caught once or twice in the late rounds, and then he went commando and got the ko's. He deserves the rating.

Neither Martinez or Pavlik would of got any where near the title if they fought in a strong era with real world class fighters. I'm talking about fighters like Toney, Jones, Hopkins, Nunn. As for whether Paul Williams was world class, do me a favour. The guy got outboxed by Quintana, Lara, and KTFO by Martinez.

He's overrated because of this weak era. Not only are the people who hold these title not as good, there competition is not as a good either.
