According to Puerto Rico's newspapers, during this past weekend, both fighters announced on beIN Sports that they will be fighting the rematch. It was revealed that the fight will not take place in Puerto Rico this time around. Mexico and U.S. venues have been discussed. Rocky Martinez won "The War" and the WBO belt just five weeks ago via UD, after knocking down Salido twice during the fight. Also, Salido was deducted a point in round 11. Who you got in the rematch?
Even though I'm puertorrican, I picked (and rooted) for Salido the first time. I do agree that those scorecards were out of wack (excluding the 114-111 score). I saw Martinez winning by a point (113-112), I got Salido again in the rematch though (Martinez was so dumb to let the rematch go away from home).
