Martinez Says He'll Take The Test To Fight Floyd!

In a recent interview Martinez said that the Pacquiao fight wont happen and he accepts it.
The point is that both Floyd and Manny have held the WBC jr middleweight belt and called themselves champions. Martinez moved up and he would gladly move back down to fight those "champions".

So are you suggesting that Martinez is a harder fighter for floyd than Pac?

i want pacquiao as floyd's next opponent. if this fight could not be made, then i would be happy if he fights martinez instead of pac. either the two of them before a khan fight.

both would be equally a tough fight for floyd. if i am forced to pick, i would say that fighting pac at 147 would still be more tougher than floyd fighting martinez at 154. what's the point of your question?

 

Point is to gauge the consensus as to who is the tougher fight. Because if floyd fights martinez and wins, he ducked pac, pac is the harder fight.

If floyd fights pac and wins, he ducks martinez who would apparently put floyd to sleep like he did williams.

These are the no win situations you face when you're on top.

 

no one would actually accuse floyd of ducking pac if he would fight martinez next. this is like those ******ed floyd fan boys accusing pac of ducking mosley when he instead fought cotto.

but of course if floyd picks khan instead of pacquiao next, then a case could be argued that he avoided a tougher competition.

 

Martinez should focus on staying active. Mayweather will not fight him.

 

This is a fight that needs to happen. This is the next best fight for floyd if pacman cannot be made. I would love to see floyd at 160.

 

Martinez is a fraud, Hes not banking on his skills as a fighter to beat Floyd or Pac. Hes depending on his size, strength, and power which is considerable compared to thiers. He is a good enough fighter to capitilize on that and he knows it. Thats why I dont like the fight.The only ones that would be taking a risk is Pac or Maywheather. If he really thinks hes a better fighter then bring his ass down to 147 and wouldnt have any complaints. Pac or Money cant even get to 154 and heres a man that walks around at 160-165. That **** dont make sense. It shows his inability or unwillingness to carve out a niche for himself in his normal weight class or one level up. Pac and Money came up as far as they could go. Anybody that says mayweather and martinez are the same size needs to be shot

 

Expect Floyd to severely drain him and then some .
But Martinez will accept any catchweight cause he needs his pension.
