    ..him even at 154.

Very impressed last night, he has great legs even at 37, Floyds legs are not the same, Martinez would fight around Floyd and have good sucess with his jab.

Love to see this fight at 154.. But this not Floyd's type of fight..

Makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside when Uncle Rico defends Floyd.

Easy to look like lightning against a 180lb Chavez Jr, isn't it.

But if Martinez drops down to 154 and Mayweather's last fight with Cotto was @ 154 and also with Oscar De La Hoya.

All Chavez jr had was the SIZE Advantage and has POWER.
Martinez was too quick for Chavez jr.

1 division, Floyd last fight was at 154, Plus Martinez would come down to 154 for Floyd anyway.

Many thought those 185 lbs would be crucial in doing him in. :yep It's not like Chavez would've faired better if he was 15-20 lbs lighter in the ring. He'd be stopped. Sergio is simply just very gifted and could probably take any 180-lb who fights like Chavez (key), any 154lber and has had a nice run against legit 160 fighters thus far ...

    Things to encourage Floyd

Look at Chavez PCT last night, and look at how many of those shots were landed in the middle of the ring, as opposed to the ropes.

No fight I'd rather see more. There just isn't any reason for Floyd to take it at this stage though. :verysad He's been content with his legacy for quite a few years. Martinez attached to event won't make him any more money than fighters his own size. Probably do far better with Canelo, even. Cotto rematch is meh... Unless he fights Alvarez first and wins. But I wouldnt mind seeing Sergio vs either of them too... Or GGG in the division he's champ.
