Really looking forward to this. Big fan of them both but I'm leaning towards Martinez on this one. Okay he looked quite **** last year against Martin Murray and has had some bad injuries but I don't think Cotto is the same fighter he was from a few years ago. It really is a close fight and could be contender for fight of the year.

^ Love this. Also does anybody know what channel this will be on?

Amazing fight. I hope Cotto does it he's a warrior.

I'm sure Boxnation are showing it.

Martinez is riddled with injury I reckon this could be his last hurrah at the very top

I really want Cotto to win but he's been in a few wars and I don't think hes ever really beaten an A level fighter. Lost to Pac, Lost to Floyd, Maragito, Trout I know he got revenger on Magarito but even so that was after his eye was screwed and even then Antonio was doing OK in the later rounds with pure pressure

I am looking forward to this fight. I hope Cotto can get the win but its a real 50-50 for me. Martinez is getting old and has had injuries but Cotto has high mileage.

Cotto has the puncher's chance, but Maravilla has all the advantages in size, reach, speed, power... the Maravilla that looked awful against Murray would have stopped Cotto.

Sorry but this is a fight that does not excite me , two fighters who are not what they were 2years ago . Cotto is to small while Martinez is now looking for fights that will give his injury plagued body as much of an advantage is size and strength

Martinez will be too big for cotto in my opinion. Cotto will come to fight though so it's bound to be a good one.

Very excited for this one. Heading over to The Garden for it. Like both guys so not got a favourite but can see it being an interesting fight. If Martinez is 100% I do think he could force the stoppage he's mentioned but Cotto is a warrior and will not be easily beaten especially in front of his crowd in MSG. Can't wait

is Cotto just a bit undersized in this? Sergio is going to move like anything and throw his punches and his power is a bit under rated. He hurts most people he faces

Cotto is a real tuff nut but I wonder if he will have the foot speed to close the gap and land decent clusters of shots. His best punch is his left hook isn't he a converted lefty so his right hand so important against southpaws isn't he power hand?

Quality fight, I think Martinez will be just that little bit better than cotto and wins maybe a sd.
