To me, seems quite obvious. I'm a big fan of Chavez, but he's out of his depth.

Would like to bet on this fight but all the gambling sites are blocked here. What are the odds at right now?

    He's giving an opinion.

I'm a fan of Chavez too and I'm picking Sergio to win. So there :finger

  5. Sergio is gonna have to work really hard on Chavez and he still might get walked down. The kid is becoming a beast.

3-1, but some casino's have 2-1 (Martinez favorite). Not sure who you are or really talked to you but would you like an avatar bet. I could take Chavez. If I lose you pick an avatar, if you lose I do the same

I don't think Chavez will be able to walk through Sergio's big shots, but Sergio's stamina has come into question his last two fights. He was visibly breathing heavily out of his mouth in the Macklin fight before he caught his second win...and he's facing one of the most talented body punchers in the sport. A guy who is a huge middleweight. Even though Sergio is clearly the better fighter, father time and Chavez style might equalize things.

If Jr has a chance it will be in the Championship rounds when Martinez tends to show his endurance issues. I think Sergio beats him close to a stoppage but if it reaches 11 or 12 rounds, I would not be surprised that Jr turns it around and make it close.

I only see this fight going two ways: 1) Chavez is unable to handle Martinez's power and gets KO'd before the 7th round, or 2) He can take Martinez's shots, and grinds him down to a stoppage in the championship rounds. It basically boils down to how good Chavez's chin is; he won't be able to beat Martinez early or in the mid rounds- he just has to make it a war of attrition and wear him down. If his chin is good enough to withstand clean punches from Martinez, he'll win. If Martinez can hurt him, he's toast. He won't be able to win a decision or grind him down if he is forced to respect his power and be wary on the way in. Then he'll just be a sitting duck on the outside and get picked apart and beat down.

I don't think this fight goes the distance no matter who wins.

I hope Chavez beats the sexy off of Sergio. In all honesty look at my V-cash, IDKSAB, but the one thing that makes me think Chavez has a real shot is the pattern in some of his fights. He usually gets his ass boxed off in the early rounds by a guy with good movement and hand speed, but by the middle rounds they are fighting in a phone booth. His opponents are either complete idiots for abandoning a winning strategy or Chavez body shots zap the energy in their legs and force them to be stationary.
