    I am now.

Pick the guy with fire in his eyes and food in his stomach.

    (25 quid, nothing huge.)

Have you ever seen Sergio so fired up before? I'm picking him to stop Chavez, with the referee jumping in to pull Jr out due to punishment taken. Jr's seems to have a good chin, and he's huge for the size, that's what will keep him going whilst he's taking a beating

All my vCash on the line, War Maravilla!

I'm going against everyone here and say, if Sexy had troubles with Macklin, who isn't as strong, as big and as relentless as Jr, then Chavez would take this on points.

How did you exactly envision Sexy winning very dominantly?

    Any chin can crack.

The last Mexican with a cast iron jaw was named Margarito, look what happened to him when he found a guy with the confidence to sit down on his punches.

I have never seen him act like this, and to me thats a sign that he isnt comfortable in this situation I could be wrong but to me thats what it seems like.
When a fighter steps out of his norm usually **** goes south when the fight happens, Example Evander Holyfield predicting a 3rd round knock out of Lennox

    4/9 straight win,11/4 KO and 6/5 Decision.
    The value's in a stoppage 11 or 12.

I think Jnr will be on his feet when he gets stopped though.

It's all about styles, Macklin fought a very negative fight early on, with a good gameplan, trying to make Sergio lead, Sergio isn't a seek and destroy fighter. Eventually, he did what all great champions do, stepped it up a level and stopped Macklin.

Jr only fights one way, he comes forward, applies the pressure and tries to get inside. Does he have a jab like Darren Barker? No. Will he fight negatively like Macklin? I don't think so. Sergio won't have trouble finding Chavez's chin

Agreed mate, you can't come forward and open up to take punches from someone like Martinez, it isn't healthy and unless you're a freak of nature, you won't last very long. The question is whether Sergio will want to sit down on his punches often, if he gets cornered or drawn into a scrap then Chavez can hurt him, he has power and his body punching is brutal

I agree, ever since this fight was signed, the disrespect he's shown for Jr has been out of character. This is personal for Sergio, I know he's 37 but he looks to be in the best shape of his career, this is a defining fight for him. He's too experienced to let emotions get in his way once he's in the ring, I predict Martinez late stoppage

Chavez will be taken so deep he's never going to resurface... this won't even be competitive.:!:

Depends if Sergio is prepared to throw the combinations to force a stoppage. Calzaghe would of stopped Chavez, Manfredo style.

Jr will jab, but he'll get lazy. Sergio needs to anticipate that, throw the right hook, step to his right and throw that left staight down the pipe.

Let's see how much the spoiled rich kid really wants it.

Read a very good point yesterday that Sergio will waste energy if he's fighting angry.I hope he can calm his ass down although I think it's reasonable to be worried that only a KO will do for a Sergio victory.
Jnr could win three rounds and if he hears that final bell he's home and dry.
Bob can't have another big loss this year.

By "pulling for", do you mean "supporting". Because I'm supporting Chavez, and yeah, I am doubting him unfortunately.

That's a good point, if this fight goes to the cards and it's even remotely close, Sergio will get robbed :verysad

I just hope he doesn't get caught up in a physical scrap, trying to stand and trade looking for the KO. The only chance Chavez has, is to impose his size and power. He's nothing special though, comes forward in straight lines, average footwork, average speed, no jab. I think it'll be a mismatch
