    I would have liked Frampton to have a couple more fights before challenging Martinez, whos a fringe world class contender. Hard fight for Frampton I still think he will be able to beat Martinez though.

    Great fight and best of luck to Carl. I agree that Frampton probably needs two or three more domestic level fights before moving into the fringes of world class but if he fights right he can win this....Kiko is a ******* at times though and could seriously **** up the advanement Frampton has made so far in his career. I absolutely love this fight.

    i think its a case of Martinez being the absolute perfect style for Frampton. Turley although nothing more than an area level fighter was all wrong for him. they can work on that kind of opponent over time knowing they are ready for a guy like Martinez already.
