I'd say Ward.

Though it's close. Martinez is a smaller guy fighting and beating big middleweights.
The Dawson win is questionable as he had to weight drain.

 

Well lets break this down.

1. Floyd Mayweather is still at most peoples top P4P due to his last win over number one JMW Miguel Cotto and currently holds the WBA super championship along with the WBC Welterweight championship belt. his record is at 43-0 (26 KO)

4. Andre Ward : Whilst undeniably the #1 at Super Middleweight Ward has been given every possible advantage. In the super six tournament in the preliminary rounds each fighter was supposed to fight once at one at home and one away however Ward was not only allowed to fight at home 3 times but was also allowed an out of tournament fight in which he received points for thus changing the order of the the semi finals and although he won the tournament instead of moving up to 175 dragged the light heavyweight champion down to 168. record stands at 26-0 (14 KO)

Had Ward moved up in weight to challenge for Chad Dawsons WBC Light heavyweight belt he would be at number 2 on my list P4P, however due to dragging him down in weight as an advantage he did not become a 2 weight world champion.

Sergio Martinez however in his last fight fought the Middleweight champion Julio Cesar Chavez Jr who on fight night outweighed him by 15 lbs and was forced to wear heavier gloves in front of a stadium packed full of Mexican supporters fighting with a broken hand and dominating every round bar the 12th.

Sergio Martinez has 2 big fights at 160 lined up for him : Julio Cesar Chavez 2 and Gennady Golovkin

Andre Ward on the other hand refused to fight Lucien Bute (IBF champion at the time) choosing to fight a drained light heavyweight and so far has no big fights lined up at either 168 or 175

Coming up from 154 to undisputed MW champion and then contemplating 168 !!, Ward has dominated one division, his best win to date is Carl Froch, Martinez has a better resume and he's got the job done more decisively when the questions have been asked !

Its close but i have Martinez #3 and Ward #5 with JMM #4

 

Martinez never contemplate 168, he actually said he will fight from 154-160

It's Gennady Golovkin (WBA middleweight champion) who said he would fight anyone from 154-168 and called out Floyd Mayweather, Chavez-Martinez winner and Andre Ward.

If you have Martinez #3, JMM #4 and Ward #5 I assume your have Pac and Mayweather at joint 1 or 1 and 2? I dont understand this at all.

Pacquiao looked terrible against Timothy Bradley (despite winning 116-112 on my card) and lost to Juan Manuel Marquez (116-112 also) so I cant understand how anyone still has him at #1 or #2.

But then I guess we will be able to settle this at the end of the year with Pacquiao-Marquez 4 now booked

 

That's pretty solid, although if Floyd argues he's not into boxing right new, we could take him off.
