Steward says there's an 80% chance for Lee-Duddy... surprising?!

"I am 80 percent certain Andy and John will meet on March 12. Andy was meant to challenge Martinez for the world title but Martinez was forced to take on the mandatory challenger,” Steward explained to Irish-Boxing.com."

"Now Andy will fight Duddy and it looks like the winner will then get to fight Martinez, who is the biggest name in the middleweight division, or Dzinziruk depending who wins their fight. Andy Lee is the most logical challenger for a middleweight World title. John Duddy is also a big name in America but he is not as respected as he once was."

Bull****. Dzinziruk is no mandatory, Steward had to be drunk.

So, according to him, HBO could be targeting this fight to happen as Martinez will fight on the same card as Lee-Duddy, at the same weight.

Do you think he's got them figured out? Or would you lean towards a PWill III, Chavez Jr, Macklin, even Pirog fight?

Cotto and Pacman wont't be let anywhere near Martinez, don't think Paul Williams will want to. Martinez has to work to make big fights and will probably be dictated to by HBO. So Lee/Duddy winner is quite possible especially if their upcoming fight generates excitment.
