Martinez wants cotto

martinez is just to good for cotto , this is not a great weight for cotto

 

It's not a matter of skills, But SIZE.
Sergio might be to big for Miguel, Then again who knows.

I'd watch it, As long as it's not PPV.

 

Years back I said Cotto would beat Martinez, but not at this point in their career.

 

This is the kind of fight that would jump Cotto as a top 100 ATG if he were successful.
It's winnable but very doubtful though.

If this happens I will definately be cheering for Cotto. Martinez is pulling a Hagler/Hopkins calling out smaller guys. If Cotto pulls it off it will make him a 4 division champ and, who knows, we might have Pac-Cotto II for the middleweight championship.

 

Cotto needs to go back to welter. Forget about middleweight titles. Cotto v Berto sounds good. If not that, I'd like to see him fight Angulo or Chavez Jr. He doesn't need to take another hiding. He's had loads of tough fights, give him a chance to get his confidence back up.

No, I'm a fan of both and I say Martinez would whoop him. Martinez/Angulo doesn't sound too bad. Cotto/Mosley 2 also sounds good.

 

I like Cotto against Martinez (yes i'm a minority)

But Cotto has never lost to slick boxers. I think its a good match up.
