Martirosyan vs. Greene & Cotto vs. Foreman RBR

I have been typing on here while watching. Maybe I missed a few shots by Cotto or something.

 

Terrific performance for Cotto.

 

Foreman is gonna get caught soon, he's getting too aggressive. Cotto looks like he's strolling through the park.

 

Round 6

Foreman jabs to the chin of Cotto. Cotto tries a 1-2, then pulls back out to reexamine his shot selection. Foreman ducks a Cotto hook. Cotto steps inside and lands a jab under an attempted jab from Foreman. Cotto catching Foreman circling left with a hook. Cotto has a jab blocked but pushes the right hand through and gets Foreman on the bridge of the nose. Foreman turns his body to make a narrower target at Cotto begins timing his rotations. Cotto catches Foreman circling again with a jab.

Cotto seems very comfortable in there, and it's not the type of fight to kill his stamina late.

 

Foreman's wife apparently going for the Marge Simpson hair style. Cotto has a little welt under his eye and Foreman has a bloody nose.

Round 6 begins with both guys circling one another. Cotto tries a jab and Foreman tries a jab. Cotto's is much stronger. A little noggin knocker by both guys but nobody hurt. Foreman moving, Cotto stalking with the hands up. Cotto misses a right hand and an uppercut. Foreman is moving very well. Our first tie up of the fight and Mercant tells Cotto to "be nice" after Cotto shoves Foreman after a tie up. Cotto comes forwards and Foreman lands a nice body shot which scores points. Cotto is very inactive right now and then tries a wide left hook. Cotto lands a GOOD uppercut in the middle. Foreman lands a right hand and we almost get another noggin knocker. Cotto coming forward and lands that solid jab. Tough round to score thus far. Cotto is missing VERY wide now with that hook. Foreman moves and rages in within the 10 second mark. Cotto and Foreman throw wild hooks and nada. Tough round to score but Cotto's consistent jab wins over Yuri's occasionally sloppy punches.

Boring fight. Cotto will win an easy UD, then they'll set up a 154 fight w/ Pac to let him win another BS title. Meh.
