He is trying to rely on upper body movement now and keep mainly stationary. Foreman falls in while punching and they are quickly separated by Mercante. Cotto goes to the body and then chases Foreman back with a jab upstairs. Foreman putting his head down and letting his hands go. Foreman backs into a corner, hopping on one foot. Cotto has him on the ropes but Foreman fires a starchy right hand.
