or should they move to 160 against Quilin or Jacobs?

Quillin or Jacobs @160 would probably be easier fights to be honest. (For both guys)

Easy fights for Quillin or Jacobs? If so, which other PBC MW could Martirosyan or Trout face?

Easier fights for Vanes/Trout than fighting each other IMO. Don't think much about the current crop of 160. Besides GGG the division is dead.

Then for both Martirosyan and Trout, it would a good move to the MW as they could probably get the biggest purse against GGG should they are permitted.

Quillen's stock has fallen way too far from 1 minute of fighting. He got caught cold simple as.

Both PQ and without doubt Jacobs KO Trout and Vanes easy.

Vanes vs Trout is a good crossroads fight though.
