Great video of a TRUE champ and greatest middleweight ever. He paid his dues, earned his shot and took on all top opponents. No cream puffs for this guy. Hagler was a disciplined professional in every sense of the word. Seeing the video brought back so many memories of my youth. I can’t think of a single fighter I admired and respected as much as Marvin Hagler. RIP champ.
The best middleweight ever. Bar none. What I mean by 'bar none' is he raised the 'bar' so high that there was 'none' left to surpass it. He deserves more accolades then he has received. His journey to the top just as impressive as his reign at the top. Should try get his wife to share this video on her Facebook so more fans can enjoy this masterpiece. Good work Rummy!
I've always thought the Hearns and Mugabi fights took a lot out of Hagler. Against Leonard Marvin looked like he was pushing his punches and lacked the crispness and snap he always fought with. This video also reminded me way I couldn't stand Ray Leonard
