Collision??? It's more like one guy (Abraham) playing the role of Pinata.

Realistically, Hagler is everything Arthur doesn't want.

    Hagler UD.

So, you want Arthur Abraham to play the part of Alan Minter in this one, do you?

The corollary being that the only thing that Abraham can use agaisnt Hagler--power--is almost certain to not be a factor.

Hagler huge UD, and a shutout wouldn't be surprising at all, and neither would a late TKO.

Good fight. I see this being a tough one for Marvin. Marvin had a lot more to his game though and i think he could break down AA in the end, late TKO maybe wouldnt be surprised with a decision win for Hagler.

Hagler wasn't perfect dude!!!! check the history!!!! that being said, all Abraham has is his power, in the end, and that would not be enough!!!!

Hagler was way too active and strong to loose to AA, Hargler by late KO

Hagler would box his way to a pretty one sided decision. Mercy stoppage unlikely but not impossible.

I didn't say Hagler was perfect, did I?

No, I simply disagreed with the idea that Arthur Abraham (of all people) would be a "tough one" for Marvin Hagler, which is laughable - unless we're talking about a post-Mugabi Hagler, which would indicate that Abraham needs to face a fading Hagler to have a chance, which indicates that Abraham isn't that good since you'd have to make a special case for him winning.

Hagler in his physical prime lost to two fighters that AA would probably crap on. He became an ATG in the second half of his career. AA simply hasn't fought enough for any kind of realistic assessment as to how good he is. In these kinds of matchups, the great fighter from the past is always seen as invincible. Abraham may have alotmore than power, but it will take beter opponents to bring that out in him.

One thing though: If AA doesn't get KO's while losing a quart of blood with a broken jaw, I don't think he will get KO'd at middleweight.
