    It's being reported in the UK newspapers and the BBC news that he passed away at age 66...

    God..........honestly, I got nothing. Nothing. He was my first boxing hero. This is awful.

    Met him several times while he was the champ...nice man...great fighter. R.I.P. Champ...

    When I was 4 my father taught me the most important lesson of my life; the minute that you are born, you start dying, so accept your own mortality.
    Hearing that Marvin Hagler has passed is like a punch in the chest. May he rest in peace and God bless his family.
    All the nights that he put it out there, to show what he could do, for the entertainment of people he never met...those nights will always be remembered.
