    Sure, Leonard beat Hagler so why can't Calzaghe? Erm....let me think....

    Anyone that watched Hagler his whole career would admit that the Hagler that faced Leonard wasn't prime. Neither was Leonard to be fair, but I'd pick both those men in the ring in 1987 to beat the **** out of any version of Slappy that ever laced them up. Slappy got floored by ancient Hopkins for ****s sake, and got a highly questionable decision in that fight.

    Size means nothing in this, Hagler is just better in every department. Funny how the Slappy fans bang on about work-rate too, as if Hagler ever looked tired in the ring. Hagler has all the important advantages here, easy UD would be the worst result he could hope for but considering Slappys style a mid to late rounds beat-down would be more probable.
