Fair enough, but I disagree. Regardless, it's all speculation so nobody knows the real answer, I just don't see Hagler losing to BHop.

I think Hagler starts the fight orthodox and takes the first few rounds and begins to overwhelm BHop, who would be fighting in similar fashion to how he did against Trinidad, stepping back and countering and staying away from getting into a streetfight which he would most definitely lose. I see Hop having success and getting the better of the fight from rounds 4-7 and then I see Hagler switching to southpaw and closely but decisively grinding out the win from there on in, winning by either a close but decisive UD or lat round stoppage. BHop is taller than Hagler, but not stronger and isn't going to be imposing his size strength on Hagler, he is a little quicker of both hand and foot, but not substantially like SRL was, and to me that is the deciding factor.

I may be a homer, but I don't let the fact that Hagler being my hometown hero cloud my judgement. I don't run around claiming Dana Rosenblatt to be an ATG or anything. In my eyes Hagler is the most complete MW I ever saw and one of the most complete fighters I have ever seen. BHop isn't.

One of two fighters (the other being Winky) he ever fought with a decent jab won both fights with it, and it was a generic jab at that. So there ya go.

Duran was a much better fighter than a blown up ODLH, Trinidad, and Winky Wright. Mugabi rapes Rock ****ing Allen, Syd Vanderpool and Howard Eastman. SRL beats the breaks off BHop too.

At least Hagler redeemed himself and TKO'd those two clowns. BHop lost in his rematch to Jermaine Taylor. Of course he wasn't in his prime then though, because when he was finally fighting guys with a pulse like Taylor he clearly didn't look as good as he did against the guys he fought in his true prime like the aforementioned clowns I listed.:good

It seems to me that your mother must be a mix between a donkey and a lawnmower.

You hate screen names on internet forums? What a ***git. It's the interwebz brah, chill the **** out, you don't know anybody here nor do they know you. What a pathetic ****.

lesson of the day: If you want to go around calling people douches for discussing boxing, at least have the tiny bit of a backbone needed for when they say something about you. Apparently you don't, you ****ing jellyfish.

Condolences to you and your family in regards to your mother's passing. I'm sure she would be filled with pride seeing her son having a breakdown on eastsideboxing.:good

I don't know what's more pathetic. The fact you think I'm having a breakdown, the fact you get some kind of buzz from acting the big man on the Internet or your narrow mindedness and naivety of failing to recognise were you were wrong.

Lesson of the day: don't be such a **** in future.

Also accepting others opinions would be a good one aswell :thumbsup

Congrats 4 the pic. Sometimes images can be deceiving and a succession of images can be successively deceiving like in videos and comparing videos. However there is one thing that can not be wrong and that is rational thought... Hagler won some very tough battles against much above average fighters in Hearns, Duran, Antuofermo, Minter, Mugabi and others but also came off the deck to turn it around against average guys like Roldan and was simply mastered in what I understood as a shutout against Sugar Ray. Well, Bernard was never masterered not even against RJJ, Joe Calzaghe, least of all Jermain Taylor and he outboxed many good southpaw fighters and muscled, thick and strong opponents like Allen and Echols... I say Bernard beats both Hagler and Monzon and that's just about it!

The word "hate" in the context as it was used by you is ****ing pathetic, as like I said before, you don't know anyone here nor do they know you, so yes, you really must be having a window-licking, temper tantrum-esque breakdown if you really do hate a screename and the subsequent text it types.

I am accepting of other's opinions. I don't accept ***gits like you running around throwing names around like a true internet don. That's ****ing *****. Next time if you want your opinion to be taken seriously leave your bull **** name calling out of it. Your on the other side of the atlantic, so running your mouth is straight ***** made nonsense. Man up you ****ing sally.

And you think Im the one having the breakdown? Not only does this post make you a massive
hypocrite, but you were the one who was butthurt by name calling in the first place? 'man up you ****ing sally'

Hopkins wins by close and ugly UD.

Edit: also if you dont know me how do you know I don't know you? Think about it
