because your a stupid troll who is so sad you have to aggravate people to get a few laughs, dam saddo
Man Machine, I have to give you credit for your well written and thought out response regarding past fighters with full career stats vs. active fighters. However, another approach to Golovkin vs. Hagler would be as follows:, What fighter including Hagler and anyone he ever fought, figure to clearly beat GGG. I think the answer to that is non. In GGG, we have a guy with 350 amateur fights and winning 345 of them. He has never been down in the gym or as an amateur or pro. He has the highest KO record in Middleweight history. He is undefeated as a pro and has a tremendous knock outs in a row record. He is in great shape, is durable, talented, punches like a mule and can box. The argument might be who has he faced? Obviously he cant control the level of competition out there. However, the way he has dominated that competition has been very impressive.
The difference is GGG punches as hard or harder than these guys AND is a better all-around fighter with a chin that is comparable to Hagler.
Golovkin has not displayed that he is a puncher on the level of Hearns and has not displayed that he has a chin on the level of Hagler.
Golovkin has displayed that he punches on a level with Hagler and how can you question his chin with his history of never been decked as an amateur with 350 fights, never in the gym and never as a pro.
Plenty of fighters never got knocked down in the amateurs. Golovkin got knocked down in sparring btw. He never got knocked down in the pros because his competition has been trash. Golovkin is not on the level of a puncher as Hagler. Name me one atg that Golovkin knocked out or even beat up.
GGG was never knocked down in sparring. That is an unfounded statement and GGG is on a level or maybe beyond Hagler as a puncher. You don't know it all. I always qualify my statements because it is something we will never know for sure but you make statements like they are fact.
