Marvin Hagler vs Julian Jackson?

Hagler definitely wins this, much higher skill level, granite chin, and more than enough pop in his straight left to put Jackson down for the count. Jackson was never the fighter hearns was and if hagler came out like he did against hearns then I don't see Jackson making it out of round 1. Jackson usually will have a punchers chance but that's not gonna be a factor against a unstoppable gomba like hagler

 

Im also not under the impression that Jackson was a harder hitter than hearns but man could definitely bang

Depends on which version of Hagler. Either way Jackson doesn't get beyond 5rds. Jackson never demonstrated the physical toughness Mugabi showed against Hagler. So Prime Hagler beats the hell out Jackson without receiving much punishment. Or past prime Hagler takes some hard shots, gets pissed and destroys Jackson. But in my opinion Jackson doesn't get beyond 5rds.

I think it would like McCallum v Jackson except Hagler would ship more punishment but still come out on top, but man Jackson`s punch! Wow!

I love Julian Jackson. Think he gets undersold quite a bit on Classic Forum. That being said, no way Jackson wins this one. Hagler wins by mid round TKO.

 

Hagler would smash Jackson in at least 7 round s ..but not a particularly easy fight .He'd get tagged by Jackson and probably find himself rocked and having to hold to clear his head .But Haglers like an unstoppable machine and grind s him down for a Savage ko .
