Robinson record was outstanding at welter but middleweight not so. If Randy Turpin could beat Robinson so could Hagler one off. Then in a rematch Robinson would win.

Lamotta would be lucky to beat Hamsho. He'd give him a good fight tho

Hagler dont need the luck cuz his backs never touch the ropes. but then, you wouldnt know

Marvelous jabs, hooks, N crosses Robinson into a badly battered N bleeding mess by 12

what the hell, make it 9 rds

not sure about that, but no doubt both of them beat Terry by 9 prime for prime.

I loved that fight, I called it as I told you long ago.

That doesn't change the fact I would take both Hagler and SRR over Norris prime for prime.

    Are you claiming different?

    Hagler by close decision.

Robinson was peak at 147. He won and lost the 160 title several times.

I have to go with Marvelous here. Too tough, too strong, too powerful. Hagler had every weapon in the book. As much as I like Robinson he gets beat up by Hagler and probably stopped on cuts.

No man that walks through prime Tommy Hearns' right hand gets hurt by anything Robinson throws.
