Dude, that was one fight (and there are plenty of us who think it wasnt a deserved draw). I repeat, one fight. Vito was massively outclassed in the rematch with Marvin barley getting out of second gear.

Nigel Benn See Hagler v Tony Sibson, similar result

Chris Eubank Eubank is one of the most overated British fighters in my view. Just about every one of his defences was a struggle (remember even Dan Sherry??!!). His greatest strength was his toughness. If Watson could wear him down to almost KO him you bet Hagler could. Hagler KOs him in 10.

Michael Watson If McCallum could make Michael look silly Hagler could. Hagler KO 6

Mike McCallum (most underrated fighter of all time) Great fight. Mac could be hit, could be outboxed, although he was a tremendous performer. Hagler UD in very entertaining chess match and brawl. Rematch?

Gerald Mccellan Safety first Hagler UD, maybe late stoppage.

Julian Jackson Mid rounds KO for Marv

James Toney Tough fight. Toney just not busy enough though. and he's in front of Hagler...not a good place to be. Hagler outworks him to decision.

Michael Nunn Maybe the hardest one. The Nunn who beat Tate was awesome. Not sure how he'd handle the pressure though. He couldn't handle the pressure from a non-pressure fighter, like Toney. Hagler KOs him in 10, probably even on the scorecards at the time.

Herol Graham Herol lacked the power and strength to compete with Hagler. McCallum came up from Jr middle and was clearly the stronger fighter when they fought. Mac was not a quick guy and he could get to him. Hagler wears him down in an ugly fight. Late stoppage.

Sumbu Kalambay This could actually be a very close fight. Kalambay was really slick and made limited foes like DeWitt and Barkley look terrible, and could outbox skilled fighters too - Mac and Graham. Could do with a bit more speed to deal with Hagler though. UD for Marv.

The one fighter that was a contemporary to these guys that could possibly beat Hagler, you left out - RJJ. Would have given Hagler a nightmare, and would have made a great trilogy !!
