    Is it true that leading up to fight night when he was cutting weight hagler only ate beans on toast.seems a strange one to me but heard a few people say it now

    It makes absolutely ZERO sense if you think about it.

    When your 165 lbs 2 days before needing to be 159 3/4 you don't eat ANY carbs. Carbs have to be burned off.

    Also.....the beans are protein, but they're starchy too.....no sense at all.:-:)-:)-(

    Try to cut weight whilst eating bread? Yeah right that's great nutrition. I'm calling bs. Beans on toast is a treat meal, not the staple of a cutting diet.

    Where I'm from it's more of an if your skint meal.
    Would dry granary bread be any good,I didn't ask the bread type ?
