    Marvin Johnson vs Marvin Hagler.

Fighters like these might have crossed paths back
in the 50's, on Gillette's Friday Night Fights when Promoters
could get the "tweeners" to fight each other for great TV fights.

I don't know who would win this fight, but I was recently watching Johnson vs Galindez and Johnson is a 25 year old that looks 45.

That receding hair line and old man face!

Marvin Johnson could fight but Hagler was a skilled beast .. unless Johnson gets him in the first five rounds Hagler might outclass him ..

This is what I think. Marvin was a better boxer than people think.

Hagler would definitely have some "boxing plan" to execute against MJohnson.
    Hagler 5' 9-1/2", 75" reach. Johnson 5-10", 72-1/2" reach. Both Southpaw naturally.
Johnson the heavier of the two at fight time probably.

Johnson would win in 5 rounds. Too much for Hagler, who gets stopped.

Two of my favorites. I feel like Johnson grinds out a grueling decision win. I'd pick Hagler over plenty of LHWs if he'd chosen to move up, but not Johnson.

I would have liked to have seen Marvin try.
