Here's the real deal prospect that everyone should be high on instead some mediocre hypejobs like Guillermo, Gamboa, deontay wilder, guerrero or whoever..

This is THAT GUY right here.. Marvin QUintero..

Quintero is very talented boxer-puncher. He destroyed a heavy handed Casal that could not take the beating he was being given.

Quintero should be a champ at super feather, lightweight, and junior welter.

Deontay Wilder is a KO waiting to happen. What sloppy skills for someone who is the American hope at heavy. He needed at least 2 more years in the ams. He is NOT ready.

Yea bruh, i was so impressed while watching that casal fight.. If i remember correct, Antonio Demarco put up a bit of a struggle against Nick Casal and that same casal got destroyed by Quintero like it was nothing..

I can't remember the last time i was this impressed by a prospect.

    I think he's the truth.

I like him and Saul 'Canelo" Alvarez. Alvarez is actually closer to a title I think.

I'm not that impressed with what I've seen of Quintero. He's on the slow side, he throws arm punches, he leave himself wide open to the straight right, and I thought Wes Ferguson outboxed him for big chunks of their fight (though as usual, his lack of workrate killed him). As for power, Edner Cherry was able to TKO Ferguson and Quintero couldn't put him on his ass. Hell, Quintero barely touched him half the fight, just he got scored rounds on being the aggressor. To top it all off, he already has a KO loss on his record, which doesn't speak well if he actually faces a puncher.

Quintero has alleged that he ate some food that got him sick and so he could not recover.

He destroyed the heavy handed Casal and Wes Ferguson. No matter how hard Wes tried his boxing skills were not enough to slow down Quintero. Quintero has heavy hands like JC Chavez that wear you down. In fact Quintero is not bad on body head combos.
