He had 5 fights in 2010.One was a gruelling SD vs Ocampo. The same Ocampo who KTFO THAI world rated 130 pounder forgot his name. Mr Nakamura sun was I believe fresh as a daisy. The kid Tanada was fighting every month for MONAY! at 19.
So why did you quote me then you ******? As IB already pointed out, there wasn't a big age difference between Nakamura and Tanada and they had a similar number of fights. And to go onto the point you brought up about Tanada and his opposition. So he had one 'gruelling' fight (I'll have to take your word for it) against a decent opponent in Ocampo and then beat Fukuhara. So two fights against decent opposition, one that was difficult, makes him some sort of battle-worn fighter going into the fight against Nakamura? Do you think it's easy to rise up the rankings in Japan? The country has a lot of depth in the lower weights and very few manage to make it to the top in the country. Nakamura not only got out of the cesspool of wannabe contenders all Japanese prospects have to get out of, but he also beat two ranked Japanese fighters in eleven fights, so his path to his title shot against Tanada was hardly simple. Yet, you think he was 'fresh' whilst Tanada who had one tough fight wasn't... I'm not doubting Tanada had fought the better opposition, but to use his age and frequency of fights as an excuse for losing is laughable in this case.
